Welcome to Retron Delhi. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our pre-owned store catalog, offline reservation booking systems, and our Nirman Vihar service outlets. By reserving a device or using our portal, you agree to these terms in full.

All hardware sold by Retron Delhi consists of second-hand, pre-owned Apple devices. Every unit undergoes technician-certified testing before listing.

A standard commercial invoice is generated with each purchase containing the machine serial number. Payment records must be shared via WhatsApp for order approval.

Devices reserved online must be collected within 7 days from our outlet. Unclaimed reservations are released back to catalog inventory.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms they have reviewed all checklist points:

All store pickup collections require the customer or designated pickup person to perform a thorough physical inspection of the device at the outlet. Once the device leaves the store premises after collection, the physical and cosmetic condition of the product is deemed accepted.

For customers opting for home delivery, Retron Delhi processes shipment dispatch via verified third-party courier services. Any claims regarding cosmetic discrepancies or transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation with video proof of unboxing.

Reserved orders can be cancelled at any time prior to physical collection or shipping dispatch for a full refund. To cancel, please message store support via WhatsApp with your order number.

Retron Delhi sells pre-owned and refurbished Apple hardware as-is. We do not provide any store or seller-backed warranty.

Original Apple warranty or Apple Care remains valid on the device serial number if it is active. Status is verified directly via official Apple servers.

Customers are responsible for all post-purchase hardware diagnostics and repair support. Retron Delhi does not service hardware claims locally at our outlet.

Every device is subjected to a strict 45-point diagnostics review before listing, and full inspection details are shown transparently.

We strive to deliver high-quality Apple gear. Our returns and refunds follow strict guidelines due to the pre-owned nature of products.

All checkout transactions represent a final sale. Once a device leaves the store premises (for pickups) or is signed for as delivered (for shipping), the sale is final. Retron Delhi does not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any cosmetic blemishes, performance preferences, or change of mind.

In the rare event of a verified internal hardware failure, you can claim a replacement or store credit within 7 days of collection or delivery. All claims are verified by our Nirman Vihar service technicians.

At Retron Delhi, we value your privacy. We store customer order details, billing email, phone number, and receipt verifications securely.

We collect names, WhatsApp numbers, email addresses, and payment receipt files solely for invoice processing and warranty verification tracking.

We never sell, rent, or trade your contact info. Transaction details are only shared with our secure payment processing partners to secure payments.

Device selection, configuration assessment, and physical check are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Retron Delhi does not offer model compatibility recommendations as part of purchase agreements.

Buyers are strongly advised to perform a thorough physical, cosmetic, and functional inspection of the pre-owned device at the utmost level before leaving our Nirman Vihar outlet or accepting delivery.

Verify that the processor type, memory capacity, storage size, battery health, and display condition meet your exact requirements prior to final transaction sign-off. Retron Delhi is not liable for incorrect model selections after transaction completion.
